Is it really free to join?
Yes, completely. No subscription, no credit card required, no minimum spend. You create an account and start earning from your very first booking.
Do my points expire?
No — your points never expire as long as your account is active. We define active as at least one login or booking within any 24-month period.
How do I move up tiers?
Tiers update automatically based on your total spend over a rolling 12-month period. Reach £1,500 and you unlock Collective; £4,000 and you become a Legend. You’ll get a notification when you level up.
How do I spend my points?
Points redeem directly against future stays. Use 100 pts for 5% off, 200 pts for 10% off, or 300 pts for 15% off your next booking. You can also spend 150 pts on an upgrade and early check-in where availability allows. Redemptions are made through your account in the app.
Is there an app to download?
The Nest Club is a web app — nothing to download. Open it in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen. It works exactly like a native app and is always up to date automatically.
Can I earn points on existing bookings?
Points apply to bookings made after your account is created. If you sign up and have an upcoming booking, get in touch with our team and we’ll see what we can do.
